Ns70l Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ns70l platform by all users in Malaysia. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using ns70l's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
Ns70l reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform, and continued use following such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the ns70l platform.
- Use of the platform is subject to the applicable laws of Malaysia.
- Ns70l reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on ns70l. You are fully responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. ns70l will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, contact us immediately.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong and unique password for your ns70l account.
- Report any suspicious activity on your account to our support team.
- Ns70l uses SSL encryption to protect user data during transmission.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the ns70l platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support approved local payment methods including DuitNow, online bank transfers, and designated digital wallets. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits based on your account tier.
Ns70l reserves the right to suspend or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violations of platform policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except under special circumstances as determined by ns70l.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to change in accordance with ns70l's current policy.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate.
- Ns70l does not bear any charges imposed by third-party financial institutions.
- All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as set out separately.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limitations
Users agree not to use the ns70l platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage the platform, other users, or ns70l's reputation. Any attempt to hack, cheat, use unauthorised automation software, or manipulate the gaming system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, ns70l shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
- The use of bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorised third-party software is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt at collusion between players will result in the termination of the accounts involved.
- Ns70l reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through illegitimate or fraudulent means.
- Users acknowledge that betting activities carry financial risk and are solely responsible for their own decisions.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ns70l reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or for any other reason deemed reasonable by ns70l management.
Users may also close their own accounts by contacting the ns70l customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met. Balances obtained through means that violate our terms will not be refunded.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the ns70l platform — including logos, graphics, text, software code, and design — is the exclusive property of ns70l and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written authorisation.
The ns70l platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. ns70l is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the processes prescribed by Malaysian law.
Ns70l reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the ns70l platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
